All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel or refuse the order before dispatch and provide a full refund.

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

- limit quantities purchased
for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter processing or fulfilment. Once an order has been processed by our fulfilment team or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. The Canine Couch is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers available at checkout.
We do not store your payment information.
7. Shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivered Parcels
Where tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered, we may request that you first check with household members, neighbours or your local delivery carrier. In some cases, additional documentation from the carrier may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- a replacement or refund for a major failure
- compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
10. Product Use
Our products are designed for domestic pet use only.
Customers remain responsible for supervising their pets and ensuring products are appropriate for their animal's size, behaviour and individual needs.
No pet product can eliminate all risk of injury.

- branding
- product photography
- graphics
- written content
- website design
is owned by or licensed to The Canine House Co.
No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
